No. Because the Oklahoma state statutes require that DUI offenders “attend” a victim impact panel with “live” presenters, Oklahoma courts do NOT accept online VIP program completion certificates. Victims Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc. (VIP), is a court-recognized live victim impact panel program serving Oklahoma since 1989 and is in compliance with Title 22 Oklahoma Statutes Section 991a(H)(3). Victims Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc., does not provide an online program and is not associated or affiliated with any online program.
- You may click on the “Replacement Certificate” tab on this site and follow the directions to pay $35 and receive a new certificate.
- Or you may call the main office in Edmond at (405) 216-9556 and make arrangements to pick up your replacement certificate in person at the Edmond office.
- Or you may have it mailed to you by mailing a $35 money order to: Victims Impact Panel, 14 West Edwards Street, Suite 109, Edmond, OK 73003, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

You are welcome to go ahead and attend the program regardless of your ability to pay. You will be given an envelope at the sign-in table at the program and you may send in your payment when you are able to pay. A certificate of completion will be mailed to you immediately as soon as payment has been received.
For safety reasons and as a matter of policy, Victims Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc. (VIP), can only accept money orders or a bank cashier’s check for the $75 program fee. Your money order or cashier’s check should be made payable to Victims’ Impact Panel of Oklahoma.
Some locations are able to accept credit cards and/or debit cards, but you should check on our Calendar ahead of time to see if they're accepted at the venue you plan on attending at.
You will sit in an audience with other DUI offenders and listen to a panel of three speakers who will share heart-felt stories in a non-threatening setting about how someone’s choice to drive under the influence has affected their lives and the lives of others. A short video will also accompany the live panel presentation. The program will last approximately 1 1/2 hours. You will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program.
No. Victims’ Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc. (VIP), offers victim impact panel programs throughout the state of Oklahoma. You may attend the closest VIP program to you.
Victims Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc., (VIP), offers several Saturday programs around the state. For more information on where the Saturday VIP programs are offered, go to the “Calendar” tab or call us at (405) 216-9556.
If you are outside the state of Oklahoma and unable to attend the Victims Impact Panel at one of our locations in Oklahoma, contact your local District Attorney’s Office and ask for contact information for a victim impact panel located in your city and state.
Because Victims Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc. (VIP), is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all monies collected at panels go back into the program to pay expenses incurred in the production of victim impact panels statewide and into expanding to even more locations.

Donations allow us to update school equipment and supplies (projectors, other audio-visual equipment, posters, forms, etc.); produce new videos; show appreciation to our volunteer speakers at a speaker appreciation dinner; and expand the program to even more locations in an effort to combat impaired driving.
