No. Because the Oklahoma state statutes require that DUI offenders “attend” a victim impact panel with “live” presenters, Oklahoma courts do NOT accept online VIP program completion certificates. Victims Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc. (VIP), is a court-recognized live victim impact panel program serving Oklahoma since 1989 and is in compliance with Title 22 Oklahoma Statutes Section 991a(H)(3). Victims Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc., does not provide an online program and is not associated or affiliated with any online program.

You are welcome to go ahead and attend the program regardless of your ability to pay. You will be given an envelope at the sign-in table at the program and you may send in your payment when you are able to pay. A certificate of completion will be mailed to you immediately as soon as payment has been received.
For safety reasons and just as a matter of policy, Victims Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc. (VIP), can only accept money orders or a bank cashier’s check for the $75 program fee. Your money order or cashier’s check should be made payable to Victims’ Impact Panel of Oklahoma. We also are unable to accept credit cards and/or debit cards.
You will sit in an audience with other DUI offenders and listen to a panel of three speakers who will share heart-felt stories in a non-threatening setting about how someone’s choice to drive under the influence has affected their lives and the lives of others. A short video will also accompany the live panel presentation. The program will last approximately 1 1/2 hours. You will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program.
